Colts Offer Value While Seattle Gets the Edge Against Kansas City
The Colts were one of the more tempting options because this appears to be a great spot to back Indianapolis. Minnesota has a strong defense, but it has struggled to score against anyone. The Colts’ defense is not bad either; their offense has been the problem.
Indianapolis also appears to be available at its best possible price. The team continues to enter each year without enough receivers, and there is now talk of a fire sale before starting over. That could be the right decision.
Kansas City as an underdog in Seattle creates an intriguing matchup, but the preference is Seattle. Much like continuing to back the Rams, the approach is to keep buying Seattle until that is no longer possible. This could be the environment in which Seattle finally earns a win, and beating Kansas City would provide a major confidence boost.
This also looks like a potential Kenneth Walker game. Nobody is stopping him right now, and he may be the best running back in the NFL at the moment. Bijon and Gibbs are also great, but Walker seems capable of gaining 10 yards whenever he gets the ball. Watching him brings back memories of LaDainian Tomlinson.
