Devin Haney signs exclusive multi-fight deal with DAZN

LAS VEGAS — Devin Haney has officially joined DAZN. The three-division world champion signed an exclusive multi-fight agreement with the network on Friday, DAZN announced, structured as a partnership with his own company, Devin Haney Promotions, rather than a traditional fighter contract.

DAZN rolled out the news with a produced announcement video on Instagram, after teasing it earlier in the day when DAZN Boxing and Devin Haney Promotions both swapped their profile pictures to a combined "DEVN" logo. Haney confirmed the deal on X, saying he is looking to make the best fights and "promote the best fighters in the world."

In the official release, Haney said he wants the biggest challenges and the fights fans want to see, adding, "I'm excited to partner with DAZN." Britton Hardin, DAZN's head of boxing for North America, said Haney "has proven that he belongs on boxing's biggest stages." Bill Haney, Devin's father and manager, called the deal a milestone in a long-term vision of building Devin Haney Promotions into a global championship brand.

DAZN said the agreement positions Haney for fights across its promotional ecosystem and key global partners. That fits the direction the network has taken in 2026, with deals in place with Top Rank, Golden Boy Promotions and Premier Boxing Champions. Teofimo Lopez signed his own multi-fight deal with DAZN earlier this year, and Hardin said then that the network was in similar talks with Haney and that he would be positioned to face the winner of Lopez's bout with Rolando Romero.

The signing arrives at a pivotal point for the 27-year-old. Haney (33-0, 15 KOs) became a three-division champion on Nov. 22, 2025, when he beat Brian Norman Jr. in Riyadh to win the WBO welterweight title, and he has not fought since. His mandatory defense against Keyshawn Davis fell apart in July, when Davis declined his share of the $8.55 million purse bid that Top Rank won, and talks with Shakur Stevenson collapsed over weight and a rehydration clause.

His next move appears to be taking shape. The Ring's Mike Coppinger reported that Haney has agreed to a WBO and IBF welterweight unification fight against Liam Paro in the United States, with December as the target. Paro (28-1, 16 KOs), a 30-year-old Australian southpaw, won the IBF title by beating Lewis Crocker in June. Neither side has officially announced a date or venue.

A win would put Haney in position for the bigger names his camp has long targeted, including Teofimo Lopez, who signed his own DAZN deal earlier this year, and Ryan Garcia.
