Cardinals vs. Rams Prediction: Spread, Total and Props

Segment Spotlight: Quick Hits From NFL Pro Football Today

Rams Favored to Rebound Against Struggling Cardinals Defense

The Rams enter their matchup with the Cardinals as the biggest favorite of the week and will likely be a popular survivor pick. Arizona has struggled defensively, allowing plenty of points and touchdowns while continuing to miss tackles.

The Rams are looking to recover after a high-scoring Monday night game against the Buffalo Bills. A missed field goal proved costly, and they released their kicker after the game.

Despite the large spread of roughly 12.5 to 14 points, the Rams should be able to cover because of Arizona’s defensive shortcomings. The Cardinals’ tackling problems are especially concerning against players such as Davante Adams, Puka Nacua and Kyren Williams.

Matthew Stafford is also a strong candidate to reach 300 passing yards. The Rams have enough offensive talent to move the ball consistently, and this is a matchup they should dominate after some unnecessary complications under Sean McVay last week.

The game also carries one of the week’s highest projected point totals. With a scenario in which the Rams score 38 points on their own, the over at 51.5 is appealing. Jeremiah Love will also be unavailable on the other side.

Los Angeles needs this win to get back on track, and a decisive victory is expected. The Rams may not be the juggernaut many anticipated entering 2026, but they remain at or near the top of the Super Bowl odds, showing that oddsmakers still view them as a serious contender.
