5. Terry McLaurin, Washington Commanders
Terry McLaurin Player Profile
- Height: 6'0"
- Weight: 210 lbs.
- Draft Entry: 2019 NFL Draft, Round 3, No. 76 overall
Some McLaurin owners might provide curbside delivery. He opened 2026 with two catches for 14 yards, managed only 50 yards the following week, finally erupted for 77 yards and a touchdown in Week 3 — then missed the Colts game with a hamstring injury. That's a beautiful recipe for fantasy impatience.

2025 SEASON
- Receiving: 38 receptions | 582 yards | 3 TD
- Yards Per Catch: 15.3
- Games Played: 10
- Receiving Yards Per Game: 58.2
- 20+ Yard Receptions: 7
2026 SEASON
- Receiving: 10 receptions | 141 yards | 1 TD
- Targets: 22
- Yards Per Catch: 14.1
- Games Played: 3
- Week 4: Inactive — hamstring
THE BUY-LOW NUMBER: 141 YARDS

It isn't pretty. That's the entire point. McLaurin has produced 1,000-yard seasons four times in his career; you're shopping for the résumé while his owner is staring at the last four Sundays.
1. Justin Jefferson, Minnesota Vikings
Justin Jefferson Player Profile
- Height: 6'1"
- Weight: 195 lbs.
- Draft Entry: 2020 NFL Draft, Round 1, No. 22 overall
The problem is his fantasy owners haven't received the weekly avalanche they paid for, and now an ankle injury has added another layer of irritation. Jefferson has just 13 catches for 179 yards through three games and missed Week 4. That's precisely when you ask the owner how miserable he is.

2025 SEASON
- Receiving: 84 receptions | 1,048 yards | 2 TD
- Yards Per Catch: 12.5
- 20+ Yard Receptions: 12
- Games Played: 17
- Receiving Yards Per Game: 61.6
2026 SEASON
- Receiving: 13 receptions | 179 yards | 2 TD
- Yards Per Catch: 13.8
- 20+ Yard Receptions: 3
- Games Played: 3
- Week 4: Inactive ankle
THE BUY-LOW NUMBER: 13 RECEPTIONS

Three games, an injury and one missed Sunday can make even an elite player's owner squirm. See how badly.
2. Omarion Hampton, Los Angeles Chargers
Omarion Hampton Player Profile
- Height: 6'0"
- Weight: 220 lbs.
- Draft Entry: 2025 NFL Draft, Round 1, No. 22 overall
The talent isn't the problem. The neighborhood around Hampton is starting to look condemned. Los Angeles is 0-4, Rashawn Slater is expected to miss time with a high ankle sprain and the offensive line has become a weekly injury report. Hampton still has 238 rushing yards and three touchdowns, which makes this less about buying a struggling player and more about buying the weak owner's anxiety.

2025 SEASON
- Rushing: 125 carries | 544 yards
- Yards Per Carry: 4.4
- Receiving: 32 receptions | 192 yards
- Games Played: 10
- Total Touchdowns: 5
2026 SEASON
- Rushing: 59 carries | 238 yards | 3 TD
- Yards Per Carry: 4.0
- Receiving: 4 receptions | 29 yards
- Scrimmage Yards: 267
- Week 4: 9 carries | 45 yards | 1 TD
THE BUY-LOW NUMBER: 0-4

Hampton isn't broken. The Chargers are. There's a difference and frightened fantasy owners don't always recognize it.
3. Tyreek Hill, NFL Free Agent
Tyreek Hill Player Profile
- Height: 5'10"
- Weight: 191 lbs.
- Draft Entry: 2016 NFL Draft, Round 5, No. 165 overall
This isn't technically buying low. It's stealing a lottery ticket before somebody notices it sitting on the floor. Hill is a free agent, but Kansas City is among the teams interested in him, and his agent expects him potentially to sign within days. With Rashee Rice and Tyquan Thornton injured, the reunion suddenly makes football sense instead of merely nostalgic sense.

2025 SEASON
- Receiving: 26 receptions | 265 yards | 1 TD
- Games Played: 4
- Season: Ended by significant knee injury
- 2026 Status: Free agent
2026 SEASON
- Team: Free Agent
- Games Played: 0
- Chiefs Interest: Reported
- Other Interest: Multiple teams
- Potential Return: By the Week 6
THE BUY-LOW NUMBER: ZERO

Zero catches. Zero fantasy points. Potentially zero acquisition cost. If Hill lands back with Patrick Mahomes, zero could become a very expensive number rather quickly.
4. George Pickens, Dallas Cowboys
George Pickens Player Profile
- Height: 6'3"
- Weight: 200 lbs.
- Draft Entry: 2022 NFL Draft, Round 2, No. 52 overall
Pickens stays on the list because CeeDee Lamb is currently swallowing oxygen in Dallas. Lamb just erupted for 17 receptions against Houston, while Pickens caught only two passes on three targets. The important part? Those two catches still produced 75 yards. Pickens hasn't vanished from the offense; he's simply living next door to a receiver currently throwing a block party.

2025 SEASON
- Team: Dallas Cowboys
- Role: Starting WR opposite CeeDee Lamb
- Calling Card: Vertical production and explosive-play ability
- Fantasy Value: Established weekly starting option
2026 SEASON
- Week 4 Receiving: 2 receptions | 75 yards
- Week 4 Targets: 3
- Yards Per Catch: 37.5
- Week 4 TD: 0
- Competition: CeeDee Lamb remains the target hog
THE BUY-LOW NUMBER: 3 TARGETS

That's the number Pickens owners see. You should be looking at the 37.5 yards per catch sitting directly beside it.
5. Terry McLaurin, Washington Commanders
