LOS ANGELES — BZZR is expanding its coverage of the Los Angeles Rams through a new content partnership with The Sporting Tribune that will include live postgame shows from SoFi Stadium and eventually team-specific podcasts covering professional and college sports across Southern California, Las Vegas and Hawaii.
The partnership comes as BZZR, a verified all-sports social media platform, begins a first-of-its-kind agreement with the Rams to serve as the team's streaming home for the 2026 preseason.
After streaming the Rams' preseason victory over the Kansas City Chiefs last Saturday, BZZR will carry the team's final two preseason games — Saturday against the New Orleans Saints and Aug. 27 against the Los Angeles Chargers.
The Sporting Tribune will complement those broadcasts with live postgame shows following both games at SoFi Stadium. Its on-site reporters will provide analysis from the stadium along with interviews and reaction from Rams players and coaches following each game.
The shows represent the first stage of a broader content partnership between BZZR and The Sporting Tribune, which has credentialed reporters covering professional and collegiate teams throughout Southern California, Las Vegas and Hawaii.
Under the partnership, The Sporting Tribune plans to launch team-specific podcasts on BZZR built around its existing coverage. The shows will feature reporters who regularly cover games, practices and press conferences and will include interviews, analysis and on-site reporting from inside the stadiums, locker rooms and team facilities.
"From the beginning, our goal at The Sporting Tribune has been to provide fans with authentic coverage from reporters who are actually at the games, practices and press conferences covering these teams every day," said Arash Markazi, founder and CEO of The Sporting Tribune. "Our partnership with BZZR gives us an exciting new platform to take that coverage directly to fans. Starting with our live Rams postgame shows from SoFi Stadium and expanding into team-specific podcasts across Southern California, Las Vegas and Hawaii, we want fans to feel like they're right there with our reporters and getting the access, interviews and insight that come from being on the ground."
The Rams deal represents a significant step for BZZR as it attempts to establish itself as a destination where fans can watch games while also following creators and credentialed reporters covering those teams.
For BZZR, the Rams agreement could also serve as a blueprint for similar arrangements with other professional teams and leagues.
"The Rams agreement is a defining moment for BZZR — proof that our model works and a blueprint for how we scale," BZZR CEO Brett Weitz said. "Every major team is looking for new ways to reach fans, and BZZR is building the infrastructure to power that shift at scale."
The agreement was shaped in part by BZZR Chief Impact Officer Amy Elkins, who leads the company's relationships with leagues, teams, athletes and creators as BZZR looks to combine live games with social and creator-driven content.
"BZZR is building the fan-centric sports community that today's fans deserve, and our work with the Rams shows exactly what that looks like," Elkins said. "We're creating more than a feed; we're building a force multiplier for live viewing, creators' voices and the collective experience fans have been craving."
The Rams moved quickly to partner with BZZR after NFL teams were given the opportunity to stream their preseason games directly to fans this offseason.
"The Rams have always believed in moving quickly when innovation creates a better experience for our fans," Rams Chief Commercial Officer Jennifer Prince said. "When the league opened the door this offseason for teams to stream preseason games, we saw an opportunity to move fast and be among the first to bring all three Rams preseason games directly to fans in a new way."
Prince said the BZZR agreement allows the organization to combine the platform's streaming technology and social features with the Rams' existing digital reach while giving fans another way to watch the team.
The addition of The Sporting Tribune gives BZZR an on-the-ground reporting component to complement the live games and creator content.
That will begin Saturday at SoFi Stadium, where the Rams host the Saints in their second preseason game. Once the game ends, The Sporting Tribune's on-site reporters will transition from covering the action and conducting interviews to providing fans with a live postgame show on BZZR. Saturday's show will also include coverage of the series between the Los Angeles Angels and the Texas Rangers, which is also streaming on BZZR.
The same format will return five days later when the Rams close the preseason against the Chargers, serving as an early look at a partnership BZZR and The Sporting Tribune plan to expand to pro and college teams throughout Southern California, Las Vegas and Hawaii.
